Cape May City Council passed Resolution 76-01-2025, titled Resolution Establishing a Task Force to Explore Celebratory Opportunities and Plan for Various Anniversaries Occurring in 2026. The task force brings together a diverse group of organizations that serve the City of Cape May, including representatives from the business community, houses of worship, performing arts organizations, cultural and historical groups, environmental advocates, veterans organizations, and the United States Coast Guard, along with many other vital sectors that help shape and support our community. Together, these organizations are collaborating to share information, coordinate events, and align marketing efforts to help attract visitors and ensure a vibrant, well-celebrated anniversary year in Cape May.
